Rounded Rectangle: Rental Rates: Text Box: Cozy Mountain–Side Base for your Vacation Text Box: Off Season – April & Oct 9th thru Dec 11th:            $115/night; $650/week.  (Minimum stay 4 days)  Regular Season – May 1st thru June 13th & Sept 2nd thru Oct 8th:            $160/night; $875/week. (Minimum stay 3 days)  Premium – Dec 12th thru March 31st & June 14th thru August 28th:            $220/night;$1500/week (Minimum stay 3 days)  Peak – New Years, 4th of July, Labor Day,& Christmas Weekends;            $275/night; $1650 week. (Minimum stay 4 days) Details: Deposit of 10% of total rental and $100 security deposit due within 14 days of reservation request.  Security deposit (less breakage or loss) will be returned 3 days after departure.
